Are there any cabins, or other residential camping structures on site that can be reserved for a weekend in October, or do campers have to bring their own tents, campers, or motor homes? What is available for eating? Are picnic tables available?

Do you know if there are campable spots, near the Columbia River but not on campgrounds?

There are fire pits but no barbecues at the individual camp site. It can get windy but I've camped there in a tent for years and have always been able to handle the occasional windy night. The only close establishments are a gas station and very small grocery mart.

There are no cabins. I wouldn't advise tent camping as the wind can be severe. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table. Not many food options around there.
