Yes it does. I live here now and it's got a terrible roach and bed bug problem. But the stairwell is also a health hazard, it hasn't been cleaned in months. There's two urine puddles on floor two and three and I imagine other floors are just as gross 🤢 often times I get harassed by tenants as I leave or enter through the front so I've resorted to only using the only back door. Management really needs to crack down
Yes. I moved in in May and had both. Got rid of the bed bugs eventually, but still dealing with the roaches. I think they are coming through the vents from other apartments. If you move in, get a draft blocker for under your door and cover your vents with a screen material.
Yes they do they are trying to get it under control but as of yet that has not happened. Central city concern runs that building and they are not very efficient with keeping things like that under control. Not e ery apt has them but they are in the building.
