Hello Thy, If you are asking whether we do "de-crowing" surgery, the answer is no. We do not believe that the surgery described on-line is effective, and we generally do not do surgeries to prevent an animal from doing their normal behaviors, unless those behaviors have a significant medical adverse effect on their lives. I would recommend a crow collar first before surgery or black out their coop to keep them quiet until quiet hours are over which is 8am- 9pm
