To update your tags and registration you need to bring the form DMV mails you for renewal. Otherwise you just get a slip saying it passes deq and have to get tags and registration at a DMV office.
Bring cash too. Like all places, sometimes the card machines don't work. Its a pain to not have cash when its down, then plan again. There's usually a long line.
Notice of registration, that you received in the mail, proof of insurance, your car to be tested, and money , credit card, check
With your renewal form and payment you can get your tabs if your vehicle passes, all at DEQ
Best place for that info would be Oregon DMV website.
Letter from dmv will get you yesterday at deq. The results are key for registering your vehicle. Whether online or at the dmv office. Deq test does need to be paid for on site.
Most major credit cards are accepted. Not sure uf you can pay by check or cash though. Bring registration letter.
I just drove through to see if i would pass, unfortunately I did not. I was not asked anything, no proof of insurance, no proof of registration. Maybe had I passed they would have requested those
Yes. If you don't bring your registration, you will have to take your test results to the DMV later.
Need your notice of registration. You should received it in the mail. With it and proof of insurance and your car you can take the test. Make sure that the car doesn't have any warning lights on. Engine check light or others
