Sloowwwwwwwwwww. Omg. I was here on Friday when they were very busy. Pharmacist said it wouldn’t be ready until that afternoon. I said, “no problem- I’ll just come back on Monday to pick it up (so the pharmacist wouldn’t have to rush).” Fast forward to Monday and here I am and guess what? My meds are NOT ready. Realllly? Couldn’t finish by Friday? By Saturday? By Sunday? So I am sitting here waiting. Unbelieveable. VERY unprofessional. I guess MY time means absolutely nothing.

As other reviewers have noted this place has many problems and customer service is not very good due to a lack of help. For example I couldn't use the drive up window because someone stole the canister -like they didn't have spares. Perhaps a customer got fed up with the long wait times and decided to take it to send a message. Today I waited in line for over 30 minutes only to be told that my prescription that was promised for 5:00pm couldn't be filled due to a lack of staff. It would have been nice if they informed me of that fact before I went there! Time to look for another pharmacy.

Really frustrating, consistently long waiting time, drive-thru constantly has issues & is either broke or takes a ridiculous amount of waiting, like over 30 minutes, they make zero apologies for it. In all fairness they seem very under staffed, which we all know who to thank for that. I feel bad for the employees as it's not their fault however I can't spend an hour each time I have to drop off or pick up an RX. I will be making a change.

Horrible customer service, always are putting you on hold for 10-18 minutes with no apology. They say your prescription is ready, you get there and it's still not ready. The only person that has good customer service it Diane. There is a nice CVS opening down the road shortly and all my families prescription's are going there. Too bad the service has to be so poor. I believe it starts at the management. Good luck with competition. I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to for submitting.

On Imbrie, yes, there is a drive thru option for the pharmacy. It is located in between the two entrances to Fred Meyer and has a phone to call in. They can send your prescription out via pneumatic tubes.
Go to the pharmacy and ask our you can call the pharmacy and ask the instructions. My husband was able to get his yesterday without an appointment. But it took 30-40 minutes of waiting (well worth the wait).
