Slightly better than Alabama but these people do not make it easy to register to vote. I get the feeling they do not want new voters. In 2016 where is the online registration.

If you have moved since you last voted you must re-register. Also, if you are changing party affiliation. Other than that, you may have to call to verify your registration.

Yes, you can All you have to do is to Washington County Elections located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd. Ask the person at the first for a replacement ballot. You can vote and turn you ballot there at the Elections Office. You have till 8:00pm on Election Day to do this.
