I don't think they reserved my think it's first come first serve get there early
I only know of one pavillion with tables at north beach and I think it's just first come first serve. It's towards the east end of north beach. We just get there really early and usually don't have a problem getting it. If it's already taken there are lots of tables along the beach that you can move to be closer together and then cover with your own shade canopies. Good luck and have fun!
It costs $5 per car to get into the North beach park. Being Midweek and after Raspberry days, the crowd should be smaller. I'd suggest getting there by 8:00-8:30 am to get the spit that you are talking about.
