We used to come here every year b when I was a kid. We went a few weeks ago and, for the most part, it was very pleasant. However, I wished they had a camp host, like most camp sites, who maintained the facilities daily. Instead, they have a hired service that comes in, does the job, and leaves. This sounds great, except when they don't do the job. On the first day, we found the bathroom heaped full of trash, which had attracted squirrels and mice who were having a nice buffet. By our third day, the same garbage heap had still not been removed. So, had the bathrooms been cleaned? Hmmm... probably not. I get that it's camping, but why offer a service if it won't be kept up?

Cloverleaf CG is up the canyon from St Charles Idaho. About two miles from the Minnetonka cave. It has about 15 sites. #13 is in the middle but has good shade. The is no water in the campsites but placed throughout the camp. Bath rooms are flush toilets. About half of the sites are reserveable the others are 1st come 1st served. Sites filled up early Thursday morning.

Beautiful campground, you can actually feel like you are In the middle of no where. Loved the flushing toilets and spot 12 had easy access to them. Nice creek, easy pathway to get to it from camp spot 13. Only 4 miles away from the cave. Friendly camp hosts.
