Keri to answer your question. I am unsure as for directly on the beach. However I do know the have designated sites for safe camp fires monitored by the Idaho parks and recreation.
Camp fires are not allowed. You can grill.

I don't think you can have a fire on the North Beach...
There r certain spots where u can camp on the beach and have fires. It's on the far side towards Idaho across from the city.
