Hello and good evening, From my experiences, I would have a MRI done regardless of how you are feeling as the results are definitive and concrete. The neurology assistant will order a MRI for a patient but only if it is recommended by the doctor. MRIs are some of the best testing available for us to know how the body is doing.....I hope this helps

This is a question that you should ask your neurologist through MyChart or by calling the office. A medical assistant can't order an MRI for you unless the physician signs off on it so it's very likely that your neurologist wants to see that MRI. Google is not a good place to ask this question since no one from the clinic or Tuality is monitoring this as far as I know.
