If this food is "cooked to order" why did the manager just tell me that the reason our food is cold & stale, not hot & fresh is because they keep the chicken strips for 30 minutes in the hot box and the fries had only been sitting out for 3 minutes .

I have never recieved any cold food from Whataburger. Somebody lied to you sir.

All whataburger are fresh beef cooked when you order it. My fathers favorite place on cherry st 45 years ago. Still looks the same

Sorry, I have never been to the Cherry Lane Whataburger and received cold food; either by going through the drive thru or sitting in the lobby. My husband and I have been going since I was 16; we are in our 60's now. There has always been a wait for our food depending on the time of day we visit. The Manager saying that surprises me; usually they're not like that at all, this group has one of the most friendliest crews, that I have seen working together. That being said; I would fill out one of the "How was our Service" forms. Tell them what time you were there, what happened, and put your receipt number on it. They might have a online version for that store. I am sorry you experienced this visit. I will be extra alert next time we go.

Wow didn't know that. Always go when they're busy. That's depressing.
