NEVER EVER get in the outside lane. 24 minutes to get my order. Watched three cars, in the inside lane that ordered after I did, get their food before me. I told the young lady that delivered our food that our drink had not been delivered. Watched her go inside. I could see her through the delivery window talking to other employees. Made no attempt to bring our drink. Finally had to get out of the car and walk to the delivery window to get our drink.

Order food on app … store gave food to someone else and I still had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to remake… and the only thing to say is sorry…. They can’t refund when they made the mistake. This doesn’t make sense to me…now that we got the food . It was burgers cold and fries over cooked and drinks taste like it had not been changed in days. Whataburger used to stand for something.

Changing my review this place has quite a few issues as far as getting food out. But must understand it's from staffing issues. The manager was very stressed and and doing his best. We told him twice we had to leave soon cause it had been almost 30 minutes just from curbside. We actually started to drive off as he finally bought the food. Understand these are still human beings. I told him we weren't angry we just wanted food lol. The people that wig out over a 6 dollar burger need to stop eating out. Be patient and treat employees with respect so they have more motivation to be better and get you your food faster. If someone is screaming at you does that make you want to help them?

I came to this location with my family for late lunch at 1pm in the afternoon. They were out of chicken strips, out of Dr. Pepper, out of Coca cola, and out of sweet tea. 3 people got their food delivered to them who ordered after my family. When I walked up to the kitchen asking where my food was, it was bagged up (we were dining in), and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. I took the food because I had 3 small kids who were all hungry right then. There was no offer to immediately get fresh fries (which were clearly cold). When I asked to speak to the manager, she had a puzzled look on her face like she wasn't exactly sure how to handle the situation. There was little sense of urgency to fix our concern. After speaking with her, I went back to my table and checked on cold fries, cold hamburgers and an unhappy family who had been waiting for fresh food. I returned to the kitchen myself to bring back cold french fries and to get fresh ones. Again, no sense of urgency to fix their mistake and several workers had to be told in order to get anyone to actually act. I'm highly disappointed in the service of the worker and the manager. I don't want to tell you how to do your job (being the customer). I want others to do their job correctly and timely without me having to explain to them what customer service is supposed to look like.
