Terrible service. Ordered take out took 30min I was the only one in the restaurant. Drove to the park nearby to eat. Order was completely wrong and the side of gravy was spilled all over my wrapped burger. Never going to this location again!

Awesome Banana Pudding Shake!!! I really appreciated the time Joe Joe took to make it. Excellent customer service this afternoon at store #1368. Everyone spoke to me upon arriving here. Who were very cordial and attentive in visiting this location. Regina…..I don’t know you. But I do know that you are not just a manager here at this location and more a mentor to your team members. Doing a fantastic job in customer service!!! It’s a big difference between store locations locally and this store #1368 most definitely treat you like you’re part of the Whataburger Family. Speaking in this business will take you a long way with some people for life. Thanks guys!!!

SLOW SERVICE!!! One person in front of us, took ten minutes to order and another 10+ minutes before receiving our order.... fries where cold and hard.... Apparently drive thru received service first. Breakfast sandwiches were good!

Customer service was good thru drive thru, 2 burgers were pink, 1 didn't have cheese ,the bread was falling apart, the French fries were cold like they were already setting in the fries pan. I worked at Whataburger as a asst. Manager I would be very disappointed with your team.I willn't be coming back. I spent over 36.00 for 4 meals.I was disappointed with Whataburger
