Always great food and service at this location.. Did not care for the young man out of uniform....pants Down below his butt and his fly open and going behind the counter and into kitchen area then coming out...LOOKS DISGUSTING. ....any way thanks

They are slow. I realize that they have a lot of new people, but there should be enough experienced people to keep things moving. Three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, but it still took more than 15 minutes to get to the window to pick up my order. They aren't using both windows either, which could speed things up, I think.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 burger meals. When food came fries were cold and the only drink that was decent was the Dr Pepper shake.. had manager refund entire meal. Worst experience at a Whataburger I have ever had. DO NOT recommend this location. Burleson location much better!!!

Generally with fast food you have hit or miss locations....this one happens to be a hit! I come here often on my lunch break and get fresh food every time, its a little bit of a wait but again the food is hot and fresh so the wait is worth it!
