I agree with Debbie 100% I had an upgraded apartment , kitchen was GREAT with a ton of storage, then at the end of 2021 I started seeing mice in the common area, then they started in my apartment. The do have pest control but I agree they do nothing I started trapping ,mice myself under my kitchen sink. The noise level between apartments is very loud. My neighbors were nice enough. My lease ended this month April 2022, and I am happy to be out of there. I do not think this is where anyone would want to live, its a have to because the cost of living is so expensive in Owning Mills.
