Potential renters beware. My family moved to the area 2021 and after having been there for a year. Our original lease was for 13 months they changed apartments twice and after singing the last lease apparently it was 11 months. So we had 2 weeks to move which we did. Now they are charging over 3000 dollars for no 90 day notice. So now I'm being charged after being forced to move. Was never late on rent. Never a complaint while living there. This is how they treat people. They are not honest and clearly try and take advantage of people.

Go to the leasing office again and make another complaint I always go there everytime I have any issue and ask if there any options available for you.
Some buildings don't have assigned parking spaces and I'm not sure how management would assist with that. Everyone I've talked to in management has been very nice so I would contact them for that information. If you have an assigned parking space though, and someone takes it, management will have the car towed if you call them.
