Two stars for cheap and quiet. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.I recently just moved out. I had a ongoing water problem for 4 years. Water would leak from the bathroom to the living room ceiling causing it to collapse. They would come and fix the ceiling. I'm certain there is extremely large amount of mold. I have recently made several complaints about the property management Yasmin. She is very unprofessional. I called the corporate office to complain about her customer service skills. No one returned my calls. The day before I moved out the ceiling was leaking water. Please do not move here. You will regret and be unhappy.

Moved into a unit that was not cleaned or move in ready. Heat and water were off, vents not screwed in, doors don’t lock, etc. later on I found out I had a gas leak. This was confirmed by a BGE technician..on three separate occasions. I now live next to a neighbor who blasts music at 3am and they refuse to do anything about it even when I submit video proof. The only reason why they even get two stars is because it is affordable and they gave me an option to leave.

I don’t actually live here but I did want to express my application process. So I applied to this property online, a couple days later the 3rd party screening company gave me a call requesting supporting documentation of my income. I advise her that I would get it over to her ASAP. Later that day I got a denial email. The next day I reached out asking how was I denied if I didn’t provide you with my supporting document. She stated that she did not believe my income based on my pay stubs. I again asked her how could she make that decision if I didn't provide her with my bank statements as of yet. She then stated that I could still provide them as she was still waiting for my current housing to send over their paperwork also. I stated that this is not fair housing or equal opportunity as my Application was denied prior to completing the process of screening. Needless to say I did not move her as I felt that I was discriminated against and their decision was made prior to completing the process. P.S i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Bright Meadows is a small, quiet, safe community tucked away in a residential neighborhood yet it is close to shopping, social activities and an abundance of restaurants. The grounds are well taken care of. The maintenance team is small but responsive and thorough. The property manager Yassmin is amazing. It's a great place to call home.
