We will show you basic operations of all of our equipment and make sure you understand what each machine does. We are happy to offer helpful workout advice. If you want to move ahead quicker with achieving your goals you can discuss training packages with one of our personal trainers. This will give you one-on-one advanced instruction.

We certainly understand concerns during this time. Rest assured that we are going above and beyond the State of Georgia mandates. Wellness checks, social distancing, capacity limitations and spacing of equipment is in effect. We use hospital grade sanitizers and fog all surfaces throughout the day.

Memberships are month to month with NO contract. Yearly prepaid options are available for a discount if a member prefers.

Guests may access the gym from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Guest day pass is $7 and must present and ID and sign a liability waiver. We would love for you to give us a try.

Training sessions are priced in 30 minute or 60 minutes and are discounted greatly in 12 or 24 session packages. Your trainer will discuss options after an initial fitness assessment is done after your membership is completed.
