Yum is an understatement. Red Robin doesn’t disappoint. The Royal Red Robin is 🔥. It’s very flavorful & juicy. I get mine bun-less and they lettuce wrap is always fresh and crispy.

It's been ten years or more since I've been to Red Robin - family got interested in other restaurants. Coming back reminded me why it used to be a regular choice - the burgers have the right amount and ratios of ingredients. I had the guacamole bacon burger. Not so much guac that it was sloppy. Enough and well distributed that it was contributing to every bite. Nice crisp bacon. And now they have sweet potato fries - bottomless! Service was team style, and prompt and professional.

Greeter needs to speak louder and talk to the customer so we know what is going on. They sat us at the back of the restaurant while passing by 10 empty tables. Took over 5 minutes for a waitress to come to the table to take our order. The food was delivered by another person. We never saw our waitress again at our table. She was too busy with other tables I guess. She never came back to check to see if we needed anything! Very disappointed in the service at this location. We have been to other locations and gotten great service. We checked out with kiosk at the table. If the waitress wonders why no tip; my advice is to check back on your tables!!!

I love Red Robin. More than I should to be honest. I do not have one close enough to my home otherwise I’d go 3 to 4 times a year. The closest one is 20 minutes from me. My last visit was to use my birthday burger that I use every year. The food was good as always, but. The food server that had attended us that night had stated that he had only been with the restaurant for a couple of weeks, which could be irrelevant to this experience. Everything was great up until the end when we had requested one more basket of fries for my kids. The basket of fries literally took 20 additional minutes and this is after the server dodging my table for 15 minutes until I decided to catch him. Even then, he knew and acted startled stated that “ they keep telling me the fries are almost done”. This is after 2 new tables were sat and received their appetizers. I decide to give it 2 stars because I know that in this industry, especially with new hires, there can be some hiccups and the food is great and experience is generally good. I do hope that upper management sees this review, and takes action with following up on training, quality, and to determine where the hiccup happened so that there does not have to be a 20 minute wait for fries because of a small fix.
