It took 30 minutes to get to the window after ordering. They had the second lane opened but were asking the second lane cars to cut in front of the others instead of walking their order out. Once we reached the window, the the guy walked up, then walked away without saying anything to answer his cell phone. After that, the 3 employees stood next to the window to have an argument while yelling at one another. When I asked for creamy pepper sauce, they acted like they had never heard of it. I waited another 5 minutes before receiving my order which was wrong. What's happening to my westside? Does anyone care anymore?

Awful service. SLOW!! Ordered ahead online, and waited in the longgggg line and then at the window she gave us our drinks and told us to pull around to curbside. First, I didn’t order curbside, I selected “drive thru” because I always get forgotten in curbside. Well, that’s exactly what happened. I waited 15 minutes while cars were getting serviced in the drive thru. No one was making my order. I had to go BACK thru the longggg line and they didn’t even remember they already gave us our drinks. Oh, and while I was waiting in curbside, manager was just standing around talking and NOT helping his employees when they obviously need it!! To top it all off, my order wasn’t even right when I finally received it. I spent, no joke, 45 MINUTES at this location waiting for a few breakfast sandwiches. Ridiculous.

Every time I order from this location something is wrong, or not edible, and when you try to contact the manager nothing gets done. This time I got gravy and it was a chunk of gravy that didn't even fill the cup. I'm done ordering from this location.
