Whataburger of White Settlement has amazing quality of people! Not only do we love coming to Whataburger for the great food & great service... But someone needs to mention how great the people up here are too! My mom & I went in to eat dinner tonight, and didn't realize we left the car in the parking lot, "WITH THE ENGINE ON & UNLOCKED, THE WHOLE TIME!" When we were finished and got back outside, the car was still there! I mention this because the quality of people in the area is just as great, of not better, than the quality of the food & service! A big thanks to the people of White Settlement & Fort Worth!

If you’re going to order your food, set it for pickup. Their delivery is very uncooperative. It may just be the delivery providers they are with, but the drivers are rude and never seem to read special requests. And when this specific store is out of something we always get the “we can’t refund you” response. So I end up paying for something I never receive. Even getting a refund through their app is more complicated than it should be.

Have lunch here several days a week. Great grilled chicken sandwich today by the way! My order was taken by cashier London on one occassion and she was very sweet and went out of her way to help make sure all the customers had everything they needed as she was bringing people their orders. Will definitely be back to this location for good food! Rick Elder

Did a mobile order went to go pick up of course lines are always long as it is Saturday night. But there wasn't that long of a wait line moved well. Food on other hand my order was wrong when I pay for a double combo that's what I expect. When I say gravy I don't want it without. This place is consistent going down hill.
