Maintenance is always quick to respond, small or big. Richardo is always kind and understanding and ontop of everything, Mike from maintenance is awesome as well, I was having issues with my stove he came quickly to replace. He cleaned up after himself, which is huge for me. Even offered to take my trash. Edgewater team is always a pleasure.
