This should be a commercial & residential space only. The town rejected this building so they sued for "discrimination." This is a prime commercial area by the beach, why couldn't we just build this a few blocks back or a few blocks over in a residential area?? Forcing the town to allow them to build this in this particular place is extremely inconsiderate to the downtown commercial area.
