Fun place for the family. Spacious units, fun amenities. We really enjoyed the pool. Our unit was perfect for cooking quick meals while we were there. Checking in and out was easy.

I used to own a place in regal palms sold it last year 95% are owners in regal palms , that live out of the state , i was too , i loved regal palms just so cute everything build with bricks , kinda mexican style when comes to bad reviews about this place i understand , depends on the owners , for example , furniture , carpets , painting , fixing things , yes owners need to take care of that of course. when comes to cleaning , owners dont know nothing what cleaners do ( specially in florida always busy ) cleaners get in and out fast cleaning just to finish and jump other job , been there with my unit when i used to rent short term , cuz when i went there to visit my place and check how things go with my place , cleaning was so poor that i was like wow this is not me ,i cant allow this to happen to my place and i stoped renting short term just because of poor cleaning. they dont dust, they dont wipe down baseboards, window sills, bathrooms just quick wipe , never vaccum , they using broom to sweep the floors , that just nasty , they dont mop the floors , my house was so nasty that i spend 2 days doing deep cleaning just trying to say that dont blame the owners for cleaning , pictures always look cute and beautiful. when comes to pool , i freaking hate it , if you forget the wristband , needed to go back and get it , you cant have your own food ( so freaking stupid) they forcing you to buy food there ( food was ok) i tried couple times , best time for us as a owner was to go when summer vacation was over no to much people around , otherwise pool not that big for all 300 hundred units , they need to build other pool i have a lot more to say but im tired hahaha

Exactly, for every day, it is worth paying to relax, I recommend you go very early to very late, they close at 11
Some are rentals others are townhomes in gated community, nice staff, nice main pool and recreation area.
The front desk will supply wrist bands to all registered guests and the pool is at the front clubhouse. Very nice pool area!

The units are individually owned , Some units are updated and well looked after others not ... Check the reviews of the unit you are considering before booking

The house we stayed in was wonderful! I guess it depends on the owner and on how well maintained a cleaned they keep it.
No outside food or drinks allowed unfortunately but if they are inside a bag no one will see it I live here and they do not go through bags.
We did not have any hidden fees. I reccomend you have the tickets mailed to you. You can link them to the Disney app and secure your fast passes months in advance. You don't want to do it the day of. You get 3 fast passes per day with your tickets.
