Never had issue before, but suddenly UPS could not deliver a package because they didn't have a gate code. Ok, I updated that info, and since then - I am still not getting these packages, nor the updates. When I used CS chat, they say what I already know and drop the chat. Apparently you don't want to deliver packages. If I could, would give zero.

Ups is an amazing place to work at. I will say the reason why I gave it a 4/5 is because inside the building there is no air conditioning so it’s very hot inside . There are fans inside so it is a little cool inside . Hopefully one day they will have air in the building . The staff is very nice and professional. Some of the drivers are jerks but for the most part it’s very pleasant there and wonderful . The parking lot is huge and there is no problem finding a spot to park . There are only two bathrooms inside The building . The managers offices have air in them do they are cool. If you want to cool off the bathrooms 🚽 have air in then too so go there to cool off It’s nice place to be . I can’t recommend it because this place is so busy . Just take your chances there God bless
