Terina is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and kind. I like to try different cuts sometimes and she really listens. I have never been disappointed. This salon is very professional and reasonably priced. If you would like excellent service and a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend!!!

Hello Hermina, as we spoke about earlier…. It is our salon policy to keep cards on file when booking any appointment. You would have signed this upon your first visit to the salon. We do have a cancellation policy of 24 hours to not be charged up to full price of the appointment booked. You should have received emails and texts stating our policies. We also left you a message on Friday reminding you of your appointment and our cancellation policy. We understand your frustration, however enforcing this policy contributes to the sustainability of our small business.
