A few months ago I went to get my laptop repaired, was quoted, told how I could find the parts myself for cheaper, given a really in depth conversation about my options, looked online to help me find parts. Was very helpful and while I didn't end up going with their service (moved away before I could), that experience was great and I could tell the knowledge and experience was there. That New Yorker who helped me was the best, don't remember your name though.

Very kind and knowledgeable owner. Bobby is welcoming and listens to your concerns. Responds to all of your questions. He knows what he’s talking about and even the name of a lot of tiny parts. Nice pricing, and timing with his work. Best place to take your laptop repairs to. Someone you can rely on who knows exactly what they’re doing. 10/10!
