In the past I have had issues with this location in regards to Customer Service. These issues were resolved promptly by both Buff City Corporate & the new Management this store is under. Buff City products are incredible & I am happy to shop here. There is a scent for everyone. The Body Butters are very hydrating, leaving your skin supple with a scent that lasts all day. Their Body Scrubs are impressive too. When I first used it, I was surprised at how hydrating it was. It was like I didn’t even need any lotion. Of course, I always pair it with my Shower Oils though. Sierra is incredible to work with, she genuinely is a great person & a pleasure to be around. She is always willing to help & provides the upmost customer service alongside the bonus of always being super sweet to my toddler who frequents this store with me. Thank you guys for ensuring customer satisfaction. Rest assured I will continue to shop at this location, & recommend you to anyone I know!
