service department is possibly the worst run, unfriendly, unqualified group in history. total neglect for the customer , total neglect for diagnosing true vehicle issue. the other places are inconvenient if you live in Rome , but.youl save your self days of misery and save yourself from being disrespected. completely and utterly worthless

Oil changed and tires rotated quickly.

I am so sorry. But to have me run back and forth for a so called free oil change is just uncalled for. I wasted more gas and time then the price of a oil change.

Is there a Zach that works in purchasing there? I just got a call that they wanted to make me a cash offer for my vehicle. Came through on a restricted number though, I think it may be spam.

I'm sure you can bring it back however you will need to call the dealership and find out the details...they are great people there and easy to deal with...sorry for your loss.
