It should be up front. You get a temporary wristband that will fall apart after one or two days but you can exchange it for a new one.

As a recent guest we paid upfront.

Up front when you check in and you will all get wrist bands that you cant lose. It is worth it.

It has to be paid for your entire stay. Any stay over 30 days, you can get a special rate of $5 day during snowbirds season. Check with who you booked with.
