If I could rate this a zero stars I would. Not only was the waiting time ridiculous, 30 minutes to an hour even with having an appointment scheduled, they also cut two of my fingers open with the nail file, never apologized and refused to take a discount off. It’s four days later and my fingers are still healing from how deep they were cut. To say I’m disappointed with the service is an understatement. Do NOT go here if you want your fingers cut open and to possibly get an infection because of open wounds and using the same files on multiple clients.
