The worst car auction house, avoid like plague!! I would give zero star if there is an option. The person there cheated on me. I bought a car from them, but the car turned out to be a salvage car.

This auction has really gone down hill since I started going there. Now prices are expensive and the auction company won't help you. The last vehicle I bought from them was from a seller that I would never buy from but it was listed as a seller I would buy from. When I got into it I found out the transmission was bad and it wasn't listed as undrivable and it should have been. The auction company wouldn't refund me or make it good and previously they would have but this time they couldn't help me even though they mismarked the listing and the guy that really owned the truck was known for selling junk. I get the truck home only to find the transmission is junk but also the motor is bad as well timing chain is messed up in it. Don't buy from these guys they only care about the money and not about the customers.

I purchase extensively at online auctions and find that most auction companies provide adequate and accurate information about vehicles being sold. This is not the case at Thomas Hirchak. No notes were listed regarding a completely rusted through subframe AND no photos of the undercarriage had been provided. I expect to fix minor to moderate issues, but a rusted frame turns a car from "runs & drives" to salvage. Complete lack of quality. Don't run online auctions if you can't support online bidders with basic foundational information regarding your vehicles.

The two women I have dealt with behind the counter are wonderful. They are quick and efficient and super nice. There is one lady out of the two of them that I joke around with when I go there and she always makes it a fun environment..

Ronald, the shipping would vary depending on the weight. Our shipping is generally handled through another party. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate an amount without knowing exactly what would be shipped.
We have auto auctions every Friday morning at 298 J. Brown Drive in Williston (unless it's a holiday). Registration begins at 7:30AM, bidding begins at 9AM. Online bidding is also available for all vehicles.
