Very disappointed. The mortgage application was not thorough and was unclear. After calling multiple times to get my questions answered I was spoken down to by a woman who then hung up on me. I have been waiting over a week to hear back from a Loan Officer now that the application is in and have only received a generic email with her information (Danielle Whitcomb). Would not recommend to any new homebuyer which is disappointing as they are my bank.

I recently used NEFCU as a lender for my first home purchase. Abbie and her team were great to work with and always quick to answers my questions regarding the loan process and purchase costs. I would definitely recommend NEFCU to anyone looking for a lender when buying a home.

We've had two mortgages with them (in VT and MA), and there's no one I'd rather do a mortgage with. Their rates have been fantastic, and better still, both closings were first-rate A+ from start to finish; in the second one, our realtor said he'd never seen an escrow process go so smoothly. I'm not one to lavish praise lightly, but for NEFCU, I can't lavish enough.

I wouldn't want to do business with any other credit union when buying a house. The entire team was incredibly helpful and kinda from top to bottom. Our loan officer was Annie Rogers and she is a rock star. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her away on multiple occasions to make sure we had everything we needed in a pinch. Would recommend NEFCU and the team to anyone!

Hi, unfortunately the decision was made to cancel the blanket drive this year. We don't want to encourage branch traffic or increase the possibility of members or staff getting exposed to COVID.
