I have been with crescent credit union for more than 20 years & since the merger happened I’ve been charged over $1000 in overdraft fees. What’s the point in using the app to verify your AVAILABLE BALANCE when the bank chooses when to hold your $ & charge the overdraft fees because of the “timing of transactions”??? AVAILABLE BALANCE is at the bank’s discretion not ours!!! When I went in to dispute it they said they’d send the info in to be reviewed & a week later I was told it wasn’t sent in. I was told again it was sent in. A few days later they refunded 1 of 7 fees!!!!!! This is a major way this bank makes their money! Closing my account & going to their competitor & referring everyone I know!

They sent my car title to a completely different town, lost it, and now I have to pay for my replacement title because they NEVER get back to you when you contact them. Never again 🤢.
