If I could give a zero star review I would!!! Absolutely horrible experience getting our 2 year old daughters hair cut here!!! My husband was very specific with the stylist asking for our child’s hair to be cut NO SHORTER then her chin and for it to frame her face. The stylist cut her hair a good 2 inches shorter then we asked for and it looks TERRIBLE!!!! We were also charged $25 for a child’s hair cut. We have never paid more then $15-16 for a child’s hair cut anywhere else! When we called to speak to the manager about how dissatisfied we were and to ask for a refund we were told super cuts doesn’t give refunds and that our only option was to being our child back in and see if they could fix it! Why would we trust them to cut her hair again?! Her hair also can’t be fixed given the fact it’s already significantly shorter then we wanted in the first place! Terrible customer service!!! Employees that should look for another career!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Very rude stuff and unprofessional! It’s not acceptable at all to make fun of people hair type no matter what! especially if the customer is a child! Do your work do the service get your money and that’s All!
