I like everything about this gym except the fact that it's not 24 hours That's probably the only reason I'm going to have to switch memberships I need 24 hours gyms Jim's but if you don't have a problem with that this is the gym for you very affordable very good equipment

I was accompanying a friend as a guest, and they had a black card. I had 30 minutes to work out that day. I was made to wait while the assistant manager Mariah searched for 15 minutes for my name in the "system", while checking in other guests and answering questions while I waited there. She asked me a bunch of questions.. Finally she told me she couldnt find me in the system, and made my friend download the mobile app, register me, and she took my photo even though I said I didn't want to. I have never had to go through this nonsense at any other planet fitness, nor when I visited this planet fitness a few days prior. The whole ordeal took almost 20 minutes, and I ended up having to leave without working out at all. Really poor experience. I checked my bank today and Mariah signed me up for planet fitness without my permission!! Absolutely horrible service.

You have to keep a home club for 90 days and you get up to 10 monthly visits to any other PF as a visiting club. You can do 10 visits at one club, 10 at another, etc., so it’s not burdensome. After 10 visits at any “visiting club” they charge you $5 per visit (some clubs might enforce this and others may not) Just FYI.
