Great visit! Doctor was caring, personable, and made me feel extremely comfortable when I was feeling ear stress from tinnitus. I am really pleased with the level of experience and attention to detail she gave to me. Its always good to have an inital visit to establish a baseline so she can help me as I age into my fifties. Dr. Bradford did an exam and reviewed the results as I was concerned about my tinnitus. She suggested ideas to combat the noise based on reducing stress as she cited there was a lot of research studies done that stress adds to the noise level. I really appreciated the feedback to try vs med’s or other possible treatments since tinnitus is difficult to treat. I felt she was very professional and positive in ways to address my issue.

I had a hearing exam with Dr. Christina Bradford, and as many have already stated in the reviews, she is an exceptional doctor. Her office is comfortable: simple decorations, very clean, music playing softly. The exam was thorough yet seamless. Her professionalism made it clear that she is a very experienced audiologist. The most impressive quality I noticed was how well she was attuned to our conversation. It is rare to meet someone who gives their undivided attention, but Dr. Bradford was completely present. She listened carefully when I described my condition, and she asked questions that made me feel heard and understood. Dr. Bradford was exceptional. I spoke to other companies prior to my appointment about hearing aids. Everyone I spoke to tried to sell me a hearing aid. At Pure Audiology, the focus was on my hearing loss situation and how best to move forward. Dr. Bradford recommend a different treatment even though she could have sold me a hearing aid instead. I appreciate the honesty and the concern for what is best for me as a patient.
