The office visit was a very positive. We’ve been to several audiologist and this was by far the most professional experience for our son. We were given updated options and felt very informed to make the best decisions. I highly recommend Davis Family Hearing and it is worth the extra miles to be part of this family.

Oh my goodness! Dr. Ashley Brown and her staff are absolutely wonderful. So many smiling faces and all so ready to help. Now I can hear what's going on around me and enjoy my life again, and I feel like I made friends in the process. Everyone: if you have hearing problems, call Davis Family Hearing before you try anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

Questions & Answers

My husband is almost totally def. He continues to tell me "there are no new developments in hearing aids" I tried to reason with him, but he refuses to go anywhere but the VA. How can I convince him to come to Davis? I listen to you on radio.

Hi Joy... I’m sorry for the delayed response. It is hard when someone has been disappointed so many times. They believe nothing will work. There are so many advancements every day. The best thing to do is to test his hearing and see what is most appropriate for him. If he already has hearing aids, we may be able to reprogram them for him. That may be the best way to get him in... let him know we can work with what he has first. He may even be a cochlear implant candidate. We will know once we test him. We truly just want to help, and we will just give him information to ponder during the first appointment. If you or he would like to discuss further before he comes in, just call the office, and I would be happy to speak with you both. Dr. Davis

Hi Eileen! Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are having intermittent eustachian tube dysfunction. This means that your eustachian tube is not equalizing the pressure in your middle ear space effectively. We would love to see you in our office to verify this is what you are experiencing and discuss treatment options. Dr. Davis
