What a shame these stores have gone so downhill. They won't scan their membership cards, they want you to give your personal info to them in order to check out. What good are the cards? After refusing to recite my personal info while 10 strangers stood behind me in line, the cashier got nasty, slammed my 2 pair of shoes around, and barked my total due at me. I asked her if she could input the customer number from the card, and she said "yea." After complaining via email, I was sent a $30 coupon, that is not usable on 99% of the brands they carry. Received a BOGO half off the second pair...again, can't be used on 99% of the brands they sell. Terrible shopping experience, nothing like it used to be. Discounts are pointless wastes of paper.

I never went into DSW because I thought they were just for girls, but went in the other day with my wife and picked out a nice pair of dress shoes and an awesome pair of Brooks running shoes! I love their selection, and their priced fairly as well. I will definitely go back for more shoes here in the near future near future.
