I have been seeing Kyle Woods at Modern Hearing Solutions for over 3 years. At my first appointment my hearing was tested and I was not surprised to find that I have "moderate to severe" hearing loss. I was fitted for my devices on the spot and left able to hear things I had not heard for years. Since then I have been back numerous times, for cleanings, repeat testing and when I was having some issues with the devices. Each time I was seen immediately, treated respectfully, and everything was handled to my great satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Modern Hearing Solutions, (and especially Dr Kyle) and, in fact, I have made this recommendation to several friends and relatives.

I was absolutely blown away by how amazing this place is! Before I found this place I had been waiting to get hearing aids for over a year and a half through the Cleveland clinic. On the VERY FIRST appointment I walked into be office discouraged, depressed and in a way broken. I had lost hope In a lot of my health issues and was in a dark spot. With in 5 mins Into the appointment Kyle told me I would be leaving here with hearing aides! I had expressed to her my fears and safety issues with where I live and how our area has had an huge increase is crimes and some involving shootings and other things I need to be able to hear to keep myself safe. I also expressed concerns when driving how I struggled to hear approaching first responds on there way to a call until they were right up behind me. But all that was talked and handled that very first appointment! They do offer a different take on hearing loss and how it is linked to the brain. I was really struggling with my memory and not getting any answers from other doctors but more being bounced around to many different Doctors who didn’t have any idea what was the cause of my memory issues. But Kyle and her teams approach helped me understand their approach and by the end of the WEEK I saw a HUGE improvement in my cognitive abilities! This place is amazing . The team has given me my life back in more ways than I can say. As of today my cognitive function has stayed at a much higher level than when I first walked into their office. When I got home after the first appointment I sat in my car and cried because I could hear again! This is such an amazing place and I can say 110% my quality of life has been the best it has in YEARS! You all have given my a reason to keep going and be the best I can be simply from you passion and devotion to help other hear !
