Service used to be great here, went to use my boot voucher from work, to start the story I have a prosthetic leg and can’t wear steel boots or safety toes, I told the sales person this and got a pair I wanted without the safety toe, I told them how they did it in the past and he claimed he could do it after he scanned my voucher and I paid the remainder of the amount. Then he goes in the back and comes out and claims he couldn’t do it- after I paid and he scanned my voucher. This is very disheartening for redwing to do this to me as I’ve spent over 1000s of dollars here, and I used to be a employee. This location needs a major overhaul with new employees minus Ron he’s one of the originals and tried to help as much as he could. To say the least this is a American Disability issue now.
