This place was FILTHY I had to get the cleaner and napkins and clean my own table, I qS between appointments at huguley so I couldn't go home, tables were sticky and lots of crumbs. I'll never stop there again, imagine how dirty the kitchen is 🤮🤮

I don’t normally go out of my way to make food reviews but, the experience we had here was super rude! The lady at the register was already frustrated when we pulled up. She kept trying to rush our order, and we were ordering quite a few things,. We asked if they had the impossible burger because the menu was moving too fast for us to see it and she stated to us “you see it on the menu don’t you?” In a very snarky and condescending tone. We canceled our order and drove off and if you continue to have terrible customer service like this all of your customers will do the same.

I'm not a fan of posting negative reviews but this past Saturday afternoon around 5ish I attempted to go through the drive through there was no noise I speak perfect English born and raised in the US not that, that should make any difference, anyways, either the person taking orders was too busy having their own conversation or he just didn't feel like doing his job I repeated my very simple order 3 times not once did he get it then he gave the responsibility to someone else and she was laughing while taking the order at this point I was upset and felt that I needed to go inside and place my order. I went in the place was empty there were at least 5 employees and the seating area and drink area were FILTHY. Same guy from the drive through took my order I guess when you have the customer in your face you start doing your job. Honestly this place needs new staff or better management.
