1 star for the helmet. Horses are younger and need rides with some experience! We were observant to the guides on vests allowing a rider to aboard the paint, to experience side stepping, figure eights and lunging. I wanted to record the episode, the issue was resolved by the time I pulled the phone out. We witnessed safety helmets on everyone and a long ride for the price that was never seen. The guides had 2 they stayed I. Front of the group the entire time head forward, not seeing the issues the horses were on the windy beach day. That was a concern! They had cars at the rears of the horses and a child riding in front of the car. Bystanders on the beach redirected the vehicle encouraging safe distances. The guides were never aware of the incident!

Watching them ride all day, as a horse person, the animals were not treated well. Witnessed one of the handlers whip his horse side to side then finally in the face because it refused to go. This went on for about 5-10 minutes. Not acceptable behavior or training.

Rode these with my friend. Guides weren’t very friendly and were mostly on their phones the whole time. When i was being put on the horse the guy asked me if i had experience, i said yes and he didn’t believe me. He very clearly doubted me. Also, before the ride me and my friend were told our horses were fast walkers, but when in front of the group walking, we were told to slow down to a walk repeatedly, and she even got a bit snarky like we weren’t listening. Our horses were very clearly walking as we could not slow them down any more. After the ride before mine, i only saw a guide give the horse she was riding water. The other, much bigger, horses weren’t given any. Overall, I loved Izzy and had a fun time.

the guides were nice at first then started to get kind of crabby. i had gotten told at first that my horse had liked to go much faster than all the other yet the lady kept telling me to slow him down each time which i couldn’t do. the horses would go at their own speed no matter what. they also started talking about the other stables which was extremely unprofessional. there were a couple times where little kids would start crying badly and the guides would just sit there and tell them to stop crying and that’s all, should’ve had the kids get off.
