Basically pay for the room prior to coming to the property and you won't have to wait their normal check in time which is 3pm
Im not sure to be honest. I think it was done for me when i booked thru hotels.com. So when I got there I gave the clerk my name and he gave me the room keys. Perhaps with out the express i would have had a whole process to check in. I hope that helps
