They walk-in on us naked, were very unaccommodating, there was 2 wipes of toilet paper and that's it, everyone was rude, they refused to give us our deposit and threaten to call the cops, we were going to stay for a week or 2 but left the 1st day, it's was utterly ridiculous. I hope you read this comment and others before going. They mention dirty rooms, roaches, rats and even bedbugs, and some creep following them and banging on the door. The doors don't even really close they're left ajar letting light into the room, imagine that creep looking at you through that, lucky for me it was only the maid who came in while my wife and I were exiting the shower. They also refused to give the bed bug victim a refund. I got to DFW late so didn't read reviews, now i wish I did

My mother stayed here and a man followed her to her room and banged on her door trying to get in. She called the front desk and they just told him to leave. They didn't call 911. They didn't offer her another room to make her feel safer. They just expected her to fall asleep after that like that's not super creepy? Would you be okay if that happened to your mother?? Your front desk people need to think about how scary it is for a woman to travel alone and do the BARE MINIMUM of ensuring guest safety. It was midnight so she couldn't go anywhere else. Of course I called multiple times and my calls were never answered. I hope this never happens to anyone ever again.

Positive: The bed was more comfortable than sleeping in my car. Had wifi. Room service respected the do not disturb sign placed on door. Negative: NO BREAKFAST at this property. $40 security FEE charged. Staff was defensive at check in, not welcoming. Every bath towel had black stains. Would not recommend. Even for price point and star rating I have higher expectations.
