First and foremost, outside the hotel room there suspicious people drinking and walking around at all times of the night. There was also drug bags on the floor. The blankets were not washed, the tv was out of order, the shower curtain had stains and a weird green parasite. The air conditioner was either too cold or too hot. Not to mention the filth of dust and discoloration on the vents that gave everyone in the room a weird dry heave. Around the toilet there were yellow stains and globs of hair just left there to accumulate and build up. The whole room smelled like dog and cigarettes. The curtain was falling and in shambles. The microwave had no plate inside. I was praying there was no sudden fires throughout the night because unfortunately the hotel decided it was best to remove the fire alarm from the ceiling, remove the battery, and leave it in the drawer. “Free breakfast” there was a coffee pot and an old bottle of creamer and nothing else. I could continue with the despicable and grotesque things I encountered in this hotel. Let’s just say I’m getting my money back and left a night early. Never again.

This place is disgusting! I don't even know where to begin with this place. The AC wasn't working well and I cleaned about a years worth of debris from the filters.....that helped. The towels are all stained with some unknown black substance. The hair dryer has the cover removed exposing bare wires....and it was plugged in. The gap under the door is large enough to hear conversations from outside the room. But the real kicker was......the blood smeared behind the bathroom door on the wall. I don't see how this place is operational. Management seems to reply to reviews, but doesn't seem concerned about fixing any of the issues. I'd be better off sleeping in my vehicle. DON'T STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

So I come to this hotel a lot and the rooms are fine i don’t have too much to say about the rooms however the front desk lady”Wow” She’s the most disrespectful and unfriendly person. I come in to check in, my reservation has already been made. And as soon as I walk in she tells me the rooms are flooded. This lady check me in before but she goes by her own rules. No one can sit in the lobby or wait on the property until the flooding has cleared. There’s a lot of death and negativity inside her from her presences. I didn’t believe the rooms were flooded. So I stay in the lobby talking with her and I realize how she just check in 3 customers. This lady name is Mike, she does not smile. Their is a tall gentleman with a nice hat that’s work there and he’s great but the lady I don’t don’t know what happen to her but something bad happen to her in her past from the way she treats me and other innocent people. She hates her job, she does not want to work there. Usually at a hotel the front desk is nice and helpful but Mike scares people off. One time I came at 2:30pm for check in and I waited outside in heat. Usually check in time is 2:00pm but she wanted everyone to wait, there was a long line forming. She said check in is 3:00pm Today she wore a pink top, it shocked me she usually wear dark clothes. She’s the only female that’s at the front desk and she’s cold hearted, it suck to feel her coldness. She talk in a deep tone She treated me very wrong, she does not belong at the front office. The housekeeper agrees with her rudeness, no one likes her. Not a good example for Super 8 front office representative. I always tried to be nice to her and cheer her up in the beginning but she didn’t care. She affected my day and I’m sorry for the people that checks in and have to look into her eyes of evil.

Door to restroom did not close, TV and remote did not work, the sink and tub faucets broken, filthy. Bedding had several cigarette burns. NO breakfast as advertised. Property attracted homeless. Had a non smoking room yet it smelled heavily of mariguana. I would not stay again. Other people staying complaining of roaches and broken items in room to staff and were told just to go elsewhere but would not get a refund.
