I was not able to receive reimbursement for spare V2 tires and a tube that I sent back (ordered wrong size). The manager told some unbelievable lie, that I sent contaminated product and refused to pay. Do not recommend this store.

My boyfriend and I went here today to get some cross country ski stuff. When we got there we didn’t know what to get, as he received his last country ski things as a kid from his parents and I hadn’t done it at all. The person who helped us (the owner I think), was amazing. He really took the time to help us and explained things so we could understand it. The prices weren’t horrible either. He was able to put the bindings on in the store and that didn’t take long at all. We will definitely be back, and the drive there for us is over an hour away. I would recommend this place 10/10 each time.

Great customer service! I broke a part of my roller ski brake, and rather than trying to sell me a whole new one ($70), they referred me directly to the manufacturer (even gave me the name of the person to talk to) who was able to sell me just the piece I needed for $10. Not to mention the great advice on the original purchase. Thanks Nordic Skater!
