I walked in this year needing a full setup. Derek helped me get everything I needed. He's professional , pleasant and knowledgeable. I just got back from a big ski trip where temps were freezing, but with my excellent gear, I was comfortable and had a fabulous time. Thanks so much for all your help and great tips. I'll be back !

Didn’t have a wide variety of snow bibs for girls age range 7 to 9! Also was hoping they would have Burton. Unfortunately they didn’t have any! I was looking for something very specific though , I must say. I think if I was to go not needing something so specific the experience would have been way better, or should I say I would have most likely made a purchase in that case!

Over priced tune-ups. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also, somehow my bindings were messed up after my tune and I had to take them to the shop at the mountain and pay the mountain staff to readjust my bindings. When I called the manager basically insinuated that I accidentally took my bindings off my skis and adjusted them myself. I have a system binding that needs to be taken off of the ski to be adjusted. Thank for it was so obvious that the bindings were wrong and I didn't ski on them, I could have been hurt. Never going back!

Family run place with experts that aren't pushy. I was new to skiing and Derek set me up with poles, skis, helmet, etc in under 30 minutes. Super polite and knowledgeable staff!!!
