Is this a stroller friendly trail?

I don't go on the trail i stay up by the view point building. I wouldn't take a stroller down on the trail it it very muddy about half way out on the field and looks like a swamp land right now .

There is only 1 trail open at this time. Last weekend I saw a couple of strollers on the 1st part, from the parking lot to the viewpoint. It gets a lot muddier if you go on and do the loop over the hill.

Its really muddy this time of year. It would be really difficult to get a stroller through

Not that I know of. Several observation areas and dirt trails.
