I was there many years ago and saw hundreds of geese, but haven't seen it like that since. Is there a specific season, or was I just lucky?

There's less of everything than there was 10 yrs. ago. There is also a billion more people than there was 10 yrs. ago. Do the math.

Every year there are fewer and fewer geese, sadly. Last year it was really disappointing to see so few. This year there have been a few larger flocks but nothing like there was about 10 years ago.
